Description
Magic Twisty Worm
The Magic Twisty Worm is a fuzzy, brightly coloured toy worm attached to a transparent string. By manipulating the string, you can make the worm appear to move by itself, climbing over your hand, winding around objects, or even pulling itself out of a cup.
Here are some of the fun tricks you can perform with your Magic Twisty Worm:
-
The Follow-Me Trick: To make the worm follow you, twist it until it's fully extended, hold the piece of attached cardboard (the other end of the string) in your hand, and start walking. The worm will appear to follow you. For added fun, pretend you don't know it's there. When turning to see, move your hand so that it goes behind you.
-
Hide and Seek: Extend the worm to about 30cms and place it under a pillow, simulating a "cave". Tug on the string slowly, and the worm will come out as if it was hiding. You can make it go back in by pulling the string while pretending to look at the back of the cave.
-
The Twirl: Wrap the worm around a cylinder (like a pencil or an oven handle) three to five times. When you pull the string, it will twist around the cylinder, creating a twirling effect.
-
Ultra Jump: Find two flat surfaces that are slightly shorter than the length of the string. Place the worm on one surface, walk behind the other surface, and pull. The worm will "jump" from one surface to the other.
-
Sniff and Follow a Scent: Put the worm on the ground, and gently tug it so that only the head sticks up, making it look like it's sniffing. You can make this more believable by using a scented candle or creating a scent trail for the worm to follow.
Remember, you can get creative with your Magic Twisty Worm! You might even create your own tricks and put on a "magic wormie" comedy show. With a little practice you can make the Twisty worm look as if it is moving all by itself!
Not suitable for children under three years old, due to small parts. Keep out of their reach. Please note, one random colour will be sent.
